Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ONE VIEW Launchpad, including the website, the web application and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if you use the Service for a business, on behalf of that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ONE VIEW Launchpad is

ONE VIEW Launchpad is a readiness and organization tool for businesses preparing for government contracting. It provides structured guidance, a readiness assessment, a roadmap, a document vault, a capabilities statement builder, learning content, research and business development tools, and AI-assisted drafting and analysis.

ONE VIEW Launchpad is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, the U.S. Small Business Administration or any other government body. The Service does not register, certify or qualify your business with any government body, and it does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Registration in SAM.gov is free, and you complete official registrations and applications on the official government websites.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@oneviewlaunchpad.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Each person must have their own account. Do not share login credentials.
  • An organization (workspace) is controlled by its owners and administrators, who can invite and remove members and change their roles. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, the business is responsible for its members' use.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, including misrepresenting your business, its certifications, its size or its past performance to any government body or other party.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Upload malware or attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the Service, its security or other users' data.
  • Access another organization's data or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or plan restrictions.
  • Scrape, copy or resell the Service or its content, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, or to produce representations about your business that you know are false.

We may suspend or end access for use that breaches these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

4. AI-generated content

Some features use artificial intelligence to draft, summarize, explain, recommend or extract information. AI-generated content is labelled as such in the Service.

  • AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong. It is a starting point for your own review, not a final answer.
  • AI-generated content is not official government advice and is not legal, financial or regulatory advice.
  • The Service is designed not to invent certifications, customers, contracts or past performance, and to point to authoritative sources. You remain responsible for verifying anything you rely on and for everything you submit to an agency, a prime contractor or anyone else.
  • When you use the solicitation analyzer, extracted requirements are marked as unverified until you check them against the source document.

5. Readiness scores

Readiness scores, category scores, fit scores and recommendations describe your progress within the Service based on the information you have entered and the evidence you have uploaded. They are not an official government qualification, an eligibility or size determination, a certification, or a prediction that you will win any contract. Only the relevant government body can make those decisions.

6. Payment and refunds

  • Foundation and Core are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: you pay once and nothing renews. Foundation is $99. Core is $299 at our launch price (regular price $399). Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Core includes everything in Foundation. If Foundation is already on your account, you pay only the difference for Core.
  • Business Identity is a custom engagement, quoted and invoiced separately after we discuss what you need.
  • Each package gives your organization access to the features described for it on the pricing page and in the Service. You can buy a package before you create an account; it is added to the account you create with the same, verified email address.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Because access to package content is delivered as soon as a purchase completes, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you bought the wrong package, were charged twice, or believe there was a billing error, contact us at info@oneviewlaunchpad.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith and correct genuine errors.
  • A promo code or a discount on your account applies to the purchase it is used for, has no cash value, and does not combine with another discount: when both could apply, you get the larger one.
  • We may change packages and prices for future purchases. A change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

7. Your data

You own the content you put into the Service, including your company information, documents, statements, notes and research ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide and support the Service for you, including sending the relevant parts of it to our AI provider when you use AI features.

We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You can export your data where your plan includes data export, and you can ask us to delete your organization's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Sub-processors

We use a small number of service providers to run the Service, such as our payment provider, our AI provider, and providers of hosting, file storage and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. The Privacy Policy lists them by purpose.

9. Content and resources from others

The Service links to government websites and other third-party resources. We review links periodically, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Official sources are the authority on their own rules.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, learning content and templates, belongs to ONE VIEW Launchpad and its licensors. ONE VIEW™ is a trademark of ONE VIEW Launchpad. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms while your account is active. Documents you create with our templates, such as your capabilities statement, are yours to use.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or improve features. If we remove a feature that is a material part of a plan you have paid for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these Terms, or if required by law. After an account or organization is closed, we handle its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that using the Service will result in any registration, certification, qualification or contract award.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE VIEW Launchpad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, contracts or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
