Privacy Policy
Last updated
This Privacy Policy explains how ONE VIEW Launchpad ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use our website and the ONE VIEW Launchpad application (the "Service"). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and the organizations you belong to and your role in each.
- Workspace content: the information you and your team enter about your business, such as company details, registrations and codes, past performance, key personnel, readiness answers, roadmap progress, notes, research, CRM records and capture plans.
- Documents: files you upload to the document vault or to the solicitation analyzer, with their titles, categories, versions and expiration dates.
- AI conversations: the questions you ask the AI Copilot and the responses generated.
- Contact and sales requests: your name, email, company, team size and message when you use the contact form or contact sales.
- Billing information: your plan and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Security and usage logs: IP address, browser type, the pages and API endpoints requested, timestamps and error information. We use these to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
- Audit records: a record of security-relevant and account actions, such as sign-ins, membership changes, billing events, document actions and AI use.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide the Service, including calculating readiness, generating your roadmap and recommendations, and producing exports.
- Run AI features you choose to use, grounded in the parts of your workspace described below.
- Send service emails, such as email verification, password resets, invitations and document expiration reminders.
- Process payments and manage your plan.
- Respond to contact and sales requests.
- Keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and investigate and fix problems.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. AI features
When you use the AI Copilot or AI actions, we send your request and relevant context to our AI provider to generate a response. Context can include your company profile, a readiness summary, your capabilities statement text, your current roadmap item, and your document inventory (titles, categories, statuses and expiration dates). Document vault files themselves are not sent to the AI provider. When you ask the solicitation analyzer to analyze a solicitation, the text of that solicitation is sent to the AI provider to extract its requirements.
We use our AI provider's commercial API, under which inputs are not used to train its models by default. AI-generated content is labelled in the Service.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only:
- Within your organization: members of a workspace can see that workspace's content according to their role.
- With service providers (sub-processors) who help us run the Service, listed below, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing their service to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or the Service.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy's protections.
5. Sub-processors
| Purpose | Provider | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Payment processing | Stripe | Billing contact and payment details you enter at checkout |
| AI generation | Anthropic | Your AI requests and the context described in section 3 |
| Hosting and database | Our cloud hosting provider | All Service data, encrypted in transit |
| File storage | Our object storage provider | Uploaded documents |
| Email delivery | Our email delivery provider | Email address and message content of service emails |
We will update this list before adding a provider that processes your workspace content. Contact us for the current list, including the named hosting, storage and email providers.
6. Retention
- Workspace content and documents are kept while your organization's account is active. Items you delete are removed from normal use immediately; you can ask us to remove them permanently before the organization is closed.
- Deleting a workspace is done on request. An owner emails us at info@oneviewlaunchpad.com; we verify the request and then our team deletes or anonymizes the organization's workspace content and documents by hand, within 60 days of confirming the request, except where we must keep information for the reasons below. We will confirm by email when it is done. Automated deletion is planned; until it ships, deletion is this manual process and we do not promise a shorter automated timeline.
- Billing and audit records are kept for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.
- Security logs are kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted.
- Contact and sales requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted on request.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, so deleted data may persist in backups for a limited time before it is removed.
7. Security
We protect data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, per-organization access controls on every request, private file storage with short-lived download links, rate limiting and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember which organization you are working in and, when you pay, let Stripe prevent fraud. We store interface preferences, such as light or dark mode and whether the sidebar is collapsed, in your browser. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie, what it does and how long it lasts.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and update most information directly in the Service.
- Export: where your plan includes data export, you can export your workspace data.
- Deletion: you can delete content in the Service. To delete a whole workspace or your personal account, email us; we handle these requests manually as described in section 6.
- Email: you can ask us to stop non-essential emails, such as reminders. Service emails that are essential to your account, such as security notices, continue while the account is open.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as to request a copy of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email us; we will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
