Built from lessons learned.
Transitioning into the federal sector, I expected a clear and structured path. Instead, I encountered information overload, layered requirements, and no logical sequence to follow. I moved into business development before my foundation was fully built, and it cost time and money, not because the opportunities were wrong, but because the underlying readiness wasn't complete.
My goal with ONE VIEW Launchpad is simple: help micro and emerging firms complete the basic steps in the right order, with a process and a platform to save time, using all free government resources.

- Information alone does not get a business ready. Every part of ONE VIEW turns guidance into an ordered task: what to do, why it matters, what you need, where to do it, what to keep as evidence and what comes next.
- Transparent scores.
- A readiness score is only useful if you can see why it is what it is. Every category shows the items that count toward it, how many points each is worth and which are missing. Scores describe your readiness. They are not an official government qualification.
- Official sources.
- Where the government is the authority, we send you to the government. Resources link to agency pages such as sam.gov, sba.gov and acquisition.gov, are labelled as official, and show when they were last reviewed.
- No invented facts.
- Your capabilities statement shows only the certifications, codes, contracts and past performance you have recorded. We never invent certifications, customers, contracts or past performance, and neither does our AI.
- AI, labelled.
- AI helps you draft, understand and prioritize. Everything it produces is labelled AI-generated, cites its sources where it can, and is never presented as official government advice. You review before anything is used.

We do not register, certify or qualify businesses, and we do not provide legal, financial or regulatory advice. Registration in SAM.gov is free, and free counseling is available from APEX Accelerators and Small Business Development Centers; we link to both.
